The Challenge:
Risi Pizzeria needed more than just a few quick hero shots for Instagram. They needed to photograph their entire menu and make sure their food looked completely consistent everywhere—from the big digital menu boards inside the restaurant to the tiny thumbnails on DoorDash.
The Execution:
I teamed up with Bliss 360 to knock out this massive shot list over a few different on-site visits. The biggest challenge with a project this size is strict consistency; a customer looking at the menu boards needs to see the exact same lighting, color, and quality across dozens of different items, even if they were photographed on different days. I shot everything with two specific formats in mind: getting the high-resolution detail needed for the large in-store displays, while keeping the framing tight enough that the photos still pop and drive orders on a phone screen.
